then this is the post for you!
general permissions
tej is half cetagandan, which means that she has an excellent sense of smell/hearing (among things like perfect pitch and an affinity for languages). but what this means for your character is that tej can pick up things like arousal, fear, and other emotional states. how good is her sense of smell? she can make an accurate guess at someone's sexuality based on their arousal and the smell of other people on them. it's ridiculous, i know. what's even more important is that she can pick up on emotional states that your character is unconscious of!
one of her powers is power nullification, which is touch based and completely opt in!

tej's canon point is directly after her marriage to ivan, which means she's coming it with as little specific information about the majority of the cast as possible. but, because she's from roughly fifteen years in the future for most of the cast, she is going to know things that other characters don't.
if there is anything specific you DO NOT want tej to tell your character, please fill out the form below. if there is anything you DO want her to tell your character, you can mention that as well. if i think of something that kind of falls between the two areas but might edge close to DO NOT, i will do my best to contact you. if i mention something and you realize that oh no, fuck, i forgot to list that, please do not hesitate to pm me/ping me on plurk/@ me on slackchat/however you want to get a hold of me to fix it.

can tej nullify your character's power(s) as it comes up in a thread?: Sure! He'll be DEEPLY UNHAPPY about shutting his links off, though, hahaha. That's been happening to him way too many times.
anything you DO NOT want your character to know: Just whatever Rho doesn't want Miles to know, Gregor probably shouldn't know either, because that would be exceedingly tricky and a strain on him! Miles's death in particular is probably a bad idea, though I'm not sure she even knows that...
anything you DO want your character to find out: It'd be interesting for him to find out he does end up happily married, and to a Komarran, but I don't have any particular timeline on that.

For Ikki he's the most virginy virgin ever, and not as much of a horndog as he played up. Extremely into girls, but probably has the occasional exception for really awesome wrestlers and mobile suit gundams.

what about anything to do with their love life: Oh yes. Hermann and Newton are engaged and have a very active sex life. They're generally some degree of irritated with one another, yet still very fond.
notes: These nerds share a strong neural link, so their emotions will fluctuate in highly complex ways as they continually influence one another. Emotions may be very charged at any point when their emotional states align. This is mostly handwaved and likely won't seriously come up but Newton's emotions will be a backdrop to Hermann's when they interact, so she'll probably sense some level of weird dissonance there depending on how precise her senses are.
